We want you to love your coffee! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Policy: If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your coffee. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, whether through a return or an exchange.
Refunds: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags, but if there’s a quality issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.
